Evening Primrose Oil is a carrier oil, but can be used like an essential oil due to its benefits. It can be applied topically to treat skin conditions. It can be added to lotions at the rate of up to 10%.  It contains a high level of GLA (gamma linoleic acid). Keep refrigerated due to short shelf life.
